The Brightshine site is a great example of teamwork between a design company and its customer. Vanessa created a wonderful design, and Hayley and Adam worked close together to define how the site would work, most importantly the quote tool that allows users to enter all the details needed to estimate the cost of a blind, which is sent to Brightshine to make any necessary adjustments and complete the sale.
The web site and the quote tool have helped Brightshine expand in a big way, a new factory in 2009.
“The website in general but specifically the quote tool has been fantastic in generating leads and sales. The site has allowed Brightshine to service customers all over NZ even though we don’t have a presence out of Auckland. We offer a DIY web service that enables customers to measure for themselves, get a quote and then submit it to Brightshine for manufacturing. The web has become a key channel of distribution for Brightshine and as a result it’s become the biggest agent we have.
